The text printed above explains that
– “In order to confirm that the applicant had not yet died – the applicant must -
- Translate from Russian into English a special form authorized by the pension fund Russia
- English translation of the above forms must be certified by the Canadian lawyer
- Credentials of the Canadian lawyer must be certified at Ministry of Foreign Affair of Canada (and preferably Canadian Queen)
- The for certified by lawyer and the Ministry must be translated again now into Russian at the Russian Consulate by a commissioned translator
- Signatures of the Canadian ministers and lawyers should also be confirmed by the Russian consular
- After a payment is made to the Russian consulate in Canada for the translation and confirmation, these documents will be sent to the applicant
The applicant sends all these papers to the Russian Pension Fund
“If by that time a new calendar year begins – the documents should be requested again
-If the applicant at that time had died – Russian leaders received personal thanks from the Director of the Pension Fund and the Consul of Russia in Canada for the careful handling of savings of the citizens’ of Russian Federation
-If the applicant has proved to be resilient – he will not get his 1 hundred dollars as Russia’s Foreign Ministry will once again change the transliteration of names that will cause a replacement of current passports that will in turn lead to the introduction of a new holiday – the Day of the Foreign Embassy Servant, and a calendar year in Russia will become 182 days and 183 nights
